DELIVERY & RETURNS

Returns Policy:
We want you to love your new jewellery, but if for any reason you’re unhappy , we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of receipt.* Please note that we are unable to accept refunds on any of our custom made pieces.

If you do want to return something please read the following instructions.

1.Please get in touch with us to let us know your intention to return and                   return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please return it to us via a secure             and insured service at your expense.

2.Please return items in their original packaging and please note that damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted, items that have been personalised in any way will not be accepted for a returns. This includes engraving, ring sizing or chain length alterations.

3.Once received the refund will be made in the same method as payment was made. Refunds will be made with 2 working days. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 days to show on your statement.

*Please note that earrings are excluded from the 14 day Return Policy for hygiene reasons.
